The Annual General Meeting
was
held on 26 February 2010 with 6 proxies
received from members who extended their apology for their
inability to attend on this occasion.
Among other matters the meeting considered the
College's activities during the past year 2009 in addition to
the College accounts and the future prospect of National
Professional Standards registration to be discussed with the PSC
on 12 March 2010.
College subscriptions for 2010
were resolved to remain as levied for 2009 which represent
excellent value for professional engineering association
membership and particularly for the professional excellence
brand as established by the CIRCEA T.I.R.E. Scheme.
The Board members were elected unanimously and
in the short Board meeting following the AGM, the elected Board
members chose to maintain the same offices in 2010 as were held
in 2009.
Mr Keith Wilson was re-elected
as Hon. President, Mr. Peter Allsopp re-elected as Hon.
Secretary, Mr. R. John Fisher re-elected as Hon. Treasurer with
past-presidents Mr. Maurie Swarts and Mr. John Green as Board
committee members.
